Functional Screen Mask


F-Com Screen Mask

*Resolves print bleeding and thin spot.
*Enables fine line printing due to improved paste flow.
*Improves operating efficiency due to fewer cleaning frequency because mesh hardly gets clogged.
*Because the stickiness of resist surface is decrease, attachment of foreign particles becomes less and damage to the substrate is eased which result in improved quality.


DLS Screen Mask

*Resolves print bleeding.
*Fine line resolution. (L/S:15µm)
*Usage of sensitive resist.
*Resist's shape recovery force is good.

 


Stepped Screen Mask

*Resolves print bleeding.
*Effective for low viscosity paste which is easily bled.
*Controls paste bleeding by using second pattern as a dam.


FT Mask

Mask with special surface treatment during direct coating.
*Good emulsion side flatness.
*Excellent resolving power because of usage of our original emulsion.
*Excellent printing performance. (Suitable for bleeding and thin spot countermeasure)
*Increase printing tolerance due to usage of our original emulsion.


Direct/Indirect method Mask

Coat film resist(10~500µm)
*Improves surface smoothness.
*Can achieve uniform film thickness because film thickness is strictly controlled.
*Suitable for PS screen because preservation stability is good.


PS Mask

Mask which is processed from stretching mesh over the screen frame to coating.
*Suitable for a customer who does in-house plate-making.
*Mask is good for up to 3 months through a combination of various emulsion. (Storage in a cool and dark space, temperature 22°C, humidity50%).


MFT Mask

Apply metal coating over the SST mesh which is combined and also have FT treatment over it.
*Printing tolerance, flatness and dimensional stability are good and can be produced at low cost a substitute for SN metal mask.


Combination Mask

Mask which has polyester as a support and has SST mesh in the center.
