Production Process
Photo etching production process have many process from setting raw-material, pre-washing, resist coating, resist drying, mask exposure, developing, etching, resist stripping and to final inspection.
We continuously strive to deliver high quality and low-cost products by adopting up-to-date machinery and excellent quality control system in each process.

The basics for delivering high precision and quality products is to select material which is more suitable for etching process as well as to meet our customer's mechanical and electrical characteristics based on customer's instructions on drawings.

Selected material is cleaned by removing its interface impurities in the cleaning process and is processed continuously from next process which is photoresist coating down to drying.

During photoresist process, we guarantee our products' accuracy by using photo mask which is made by up-to-date exposure machine and optimized etching factor. We have sheet-feed machine depending on its lot size.

After exposing photoresist and then developing process, we run high accuracy etching through internal designed etching machine.
Then it goes through resist stripping and several cleaning process by purified water.
And those products which passed our final inspection will be delivered to our customer.

We establish a reliable quality assurance system through installing automated optical inspection machine in our final inspection process in conjunction with in-process inspection in each process.
